DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Encinitas, California is seeking a vendor to provide as-needed environmental support services. Required tasks include conducting site assessments, site surveys, and site monitoring, as well as coordinating with jurisdictional agencies and consulting on notices of exemption and declarations—including negative and mitigated negative declarations.
The vendor will also be responsible for preparing initial studies in conformance with local requirements, completing notices of preparation, and recommending appropriate processes for preparing, distributing, and finalizing environmental documentation. Additional duties involve supporting the district’s permitting applications and performing other consultant-recommended tasks related to environmental management.
