A government authority in Albany, New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental support services across its agency system. The awarded company will perform a variety of environmental engineering services designed to support both capital programs and ongoing operations and maintenance efforts.
Key tasks may include administering, inspecting, monitoring, reporting, training, and mapping activities. The scope of work also covers subsurface contamination investigations, development of remediation plans, hazardous waste and contaminated materials screening, and the creation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs). Additional responsibilities involve site assessments, preparation of environmental permit application packages, wetland delineations, long-term mitigation monitoring as per permits, endangered species surveys, cultural and traffic noise studies, and other related environmental assignments.
The contract period will be three years, with the selected vendor supporting a broad range of environmental requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and effective environmental management within the agency’s infrastructure.
