DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Savannah, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide on-call environmental services to support the planning and design of a variety of projects. The selected provider will be responsible for tasks including preliminary wetland assessments, isolated wetland determinations, freshwater wetland delineations and verifications, Section 404 environmental permitting, and mitigation planning, implementation, and monitoring. Additional responsibilities include Clean Water Act violation resolution, hydrogeomorphic assessments, marsh line delineations and verifications, Coastal Marshlands Protection Act permitting, Section 10 permitting, and resolution of Coastal Marshlands Act violations.

The scope also extends to alternative mitigation site assessments, development of banking instruments, mitigation bank management, mitigation bank monitoring and reporting, as well as threatened and endangered species surveys and assessments. This contract is for a one-year period, with a budget of up to $250,000.
