DESCRIPTION

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental review services. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting environmental reviews for each individual project site, completing the site-specific Environmental Compliance Checklist, and preparing all related supporting documentation as required.

Additionally, for each purchase and rehabilitation project, the consultant must conduct a site-specific environmental survey. This will include executing a visual assessment of both the property in question and the surrounding area to ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations.
