Last day for questions will be on March 30th, 2026 at 12PM.

Answers to questions will be posted to the City's website in the form of an addenda no later than April 2nd, 2026 at 5:00pm.

Bid Opening Time and Date: April 9th, 2026 at 11:00 am.

Firms wishing to protest proposals or awards shall notify the Central Services Manager in writing within seven (7) days after the proposal opening.

Proposals shall be firm and valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.

Awarded vendor shall furnish a performance and payment bond within fourteen (14) calendar days after notification of contract award.

Criminal background check must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days once given notice.

Vendor must pay subcontractors for satisfactory performance no later than thirty (30) days after receipt of each payment from the City.

Insurer must give the City at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice of cancellation and termination of the City's coverage.

Vendor shall supply the City with a new and replacement Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured endorsement not less than two weeks prior to the expiration, cancellation or termination of any such policy.

The government authority in Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide environmental review and assessment services across a variety of project types. The scope of work includes reviews for multifamily new construction or leasing, mixed-use developments, and projects involving a change in land use. Additional focus areas encompass large-scale developments, non-residential or commercial projects, and initiatives associated with public housing authority capital plans and grants.

Vendors may also be required to support environmental reviews related to commercial demolition activities. The selected firm should be capable of comprehensive environmental assessments that align with relevant regulatory and funding requirements.
