DESCRIPTION
The government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental oversight services. Responsibilities include preparing air monitoring and field equipment, documenting daily activities such as observations of soil and groundwater conditions, and monitoring weather conditions. The selected vendor will be required to collect and test soil samples, oversee contractor activities, and clearly communicate environmental oversight responsibilities to the involved parties.
Additional duties encompass preparing detailed reports that document field observations, monitoring data, certified laboratory results, and manifests for disposal. The vendor will also assist contractors with recommended soil management activities, and coordinate and oversee the destruction of groundwater monitoring wells.
