The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast is seeking information from qualified businesses to help plan the acquisition strategy for the maintenance, annual system revalidation, and technical support of an existing government-owned Rees Scientific Environmental Temperature Monitoring System. The system includes approximately 1,200 inputs across 7 management nodes with the possibility of expansion.
Required services include 24/7 hotline support for resolving system malfunctions, prompt maintenance calls, system user orientation, as well as repairs and annual validation. The service provider will be responsible for supplying any necessary equipment and supplies for repairs and revalidation, in strict compliance with security and safety standards. Documentation of annual validation must align with all healthcare industry quality requirements and performance standards. The anticipated period of performance is July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, covering a base year and four one-year option periods. Only parties capable of servicing and maintaining the Rees Scientific Monitoring System, including access to proprietary software and tools, are invited to respond.
The notice is issued solely for planning and market research purposes and does not constitute a request for proposals or a contract. Vendors are asked to provide a capability statement demonstrating the resources and expertise necessary to fulfill these requirements.
