Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A government authority in Ohio is seeking a vendor to supply environmental monitoring hardware, a software system, and comprehensive maintenance services for a fully functional, automated monitoring solution. The scope of work includes the procurement, configuration, installation, and ongoing support of an environmental monitoring system designed to sense parameters such as temperature, relative humidity, percent CO2, and additional real-time environmental metrics.
The successful vendor will provide all necessary hardware components—including wireless or non–WiFi data loggers, server bridges, and various sensors/probes—along with required server software and subscription services. The system must support at least 150 wireless sensors, offer configuration for multiple geographic locations, and provide customizable notification hierarchies down to individual units.
Additional requirements include offsite configuration support, virtual or onsite training for system operation and account management, annual on-site calibration of sensors/probes, and ongoing access to vendor support services. The solution is expected to deliver real-time monitoring, alarming capabilities, and flexibility to adapt to various locations and notification needs.
