The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Tulsa District is conducting market research in preparation for a potential 7-year contract for Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Environmental Program and Data Management (EPDM) consulting, training, and support services. The anticipated Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) will be Indefinite Delivery in nature, with a contract capacity not to exceed $85 million.
This project aims to provide comprehensive support for EMS/EPDM, which constitutes the framework for ongoing program and process improvement through defined environmental responsibilities, planning, budgeting, implementation, and management review. Required services include but are not limited to environmental planning, implementation and operational support, oversight, studies, evaluations, training programs, help desk assistance, and technical expertise.
The selected contractor will be responsible for sustaining and improving EMS functionality by developing training materials, supporting data collection efforts, providing data analysis and presentation tools, and offering continuous daily support to facilitate system maintenance by government personnel.
