An organization is seeking a vendor to provide an application for environmental hydrogeology data analysis, visualization, and management. The desired software must offer comprehensive data management capabilities, including the creation of custom data tables that can be validated, exported to platforms like Excel or Google Sheets, and used as sources for mapping tools such as ESRI ArcGIS. The application should accept pre-formatted data that remains linked to the source for ongoing updates, as well as allow direct input of data from laboratory deliverables.

The solution must include robust data analysis tools, supporting statistical analyses (such as Mann-Kendall analyses and Gilbert’s Toolbox), geochemical modeling, and integration of custom statistical models. The application should facilitate the creation or export of a variety of hydrogeological charts and figures, such as pie charts, histograms, Piper plots, radial diagrams, well logs, cross sections, heat maps, bubble plots, contour maps, topographic maps, and provide three-dimensional visualization options.

Reporting functions must include the generation of standard output formats like PDFs, GIS layers, and data files. The application should offer intuitive data visualization and interaction within the user interface, including spatial and temporal exploration, and should be capable of integrating data from diverse sources—such as existing relational databases and REST services including GIS data endpoints.
