An engineering firm is sought to provide comprehensive environmental engineering services for a government agency located in Camden, NJ. The agency is responsible for financing, operating, and maintaining pollution control and waste disposal facilities, and requires expertise across a diverse range of environmental disciplines.
Required areas of experience include landfill design and closure, landfill gas management, Title V operating permits, groundwater monitoring, environmental permitting (encompassing air permits, wetlands, stream encroachment, and discharges to groundwater), leachate management, and construction phase services. Additional qualifications include experience with remedial investigation and feasibility studies, site remediation, landfill operations consulting, geotechnical services, and addressing institutional issues such as rate setting, financing, regulatory liaison, and litigation support.
The contract term will be for one year. Firms interested in this opportunity should have a proven track record in supporting public agencies with the specialized requirements listed above.
