DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Hayward, California, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive environmental consulting services. The scope of work includes preparing accurate, clear, concise, and legally defensible environmental documents, as well as conducting peer review and assessments of documents prepared by other firms.
The selected firm will collaborate with city staff, attend public meetings and hearings to deliver presentations as required, conduct site visits, and maintain concise administrative records for assigned projects.
