DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide environmental assessment and preliminary engineering services for a project aimed at evaluating the most feasible and effective route to promote and improve overall mobility in Sebring, Florida. The scope includes enhancing pedestrian and bicycle facilities within the general project area and facilitating intersection consolidation to support improved transportation infrastructure.

The consultant will be responsible for engaging with all relevant agencies, organizations, individuals, and special interest groups that have a vested interest in the project. Comparative fee analysis with surrounding and comparable counties will be conducted to ensure that recommendations are reasonable, consistent, and feasible. The consultant must also deliver clear graphics, charts, visualizations, videos, and other representations of their findings, in both electronic and printed formats.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 15, 2026. The resulting contract will be for a period of one year.
