The consultant will assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local regulations concerning pollution reduction, sediment control, and protection of natural resources, as well as mitigation efforts. Technical expertise is required for the identification, planning, permitting, design, and construction inspection and monitoring of environmental and landscape projects throughout the state.
