DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive environmental and archeological services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering environmental and cultural resource services that support the organization's vision and mission. This includes managing and tracking project milestones to ensure all environmental commitments are fulfilled.

Key responsibilities encompass conducting archeological and cultural surveys, investigations, and environmental efforts, as well as developing and coordinating long-term environmental fencing plans. The contractor must communicate frequently with both authority personnel and non-environmental contractors to ensure compliance and coordination with all relevant environmental and cultural resource policies and procedures. Additionally, the selected firm will aid in the development of environmental policies to ensure the protection of all identified cultural sites.

The contract term will be four years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
