Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking vendors to provide an enterprise Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) technology solution, along with design and implementation services. This initiative aims to establish foundational EHS capabilities, retire the current SAP Incident Management System (IMS), and implement a scalable platform capable of supporting future expansion.
The required solution should offer defined response times for incidents and service requests, ensure reliable data access and availability, and facilitate process calibration to the new software where feasible. Additional features include robust mobile and offline capabilities for reporting incidents, injuries, environmental impacts, near misses, and good catches, as well as classification capabilities to support workflows, reporting, and analytics. Vendors should also provide a native mobile interface for inspections, observations, and audits with offline support.
The selected vendor will be responsible for data migration and cutover activities from existing systems, including live data such as active injury files and incident investigations, to ensure the decommissioning of legacy solutions. The solution must provide operational and leadership dashboards and enable integration with enterprise analytics tools such as Power BI and SAP DataSphere.
