A government authority in Virginia is seeking vendors to provide envelope printing services. The envelopes must have both the outside and inside surfaces printed as specified by the requesting agency.
The manufacturing process requires that the outer edge flaps of the middle pane be folded inward, while the lower pane is to be folded and attached to these flaps. This folding technique creates a pocket in the envelope specifically designed to hold a plastic identification card, approximately the size of a standard credit card or driver's license. Additionally, the printed inside of the envelope must include a gum-bar area to allow for temporary closure.
Vendors are expected to follow precise printing and folding specifications to ensure functionality and durability of the finished product.
