DESCRIPTION

A government authority located in Dover, Delaware seeks a vendor to provide envelopes printing services. Envelope dimensions must not vary by more than +/- 1/16 inch (1.6mm) to ensure uniformity and quality.

All seams are required to be securely bonded to the bottom flap, without any curl or ripple between the flaps. For open window envelopes, no part of the window should extend above the 'V' in the back panel, and windows should be positioned at least 3/4 inch (19mm) from any edge. Window patches must be flat, free of ripples, and bonded within 1/16 inch (1.6mm) from the top edges of both the patch material and the window cut out(s).

Vendors must adhere strictly to all specified requirements regarding construction, appearance, and window positioning to ensure product quality and compliance.
