DESCRIPTION
The State of Maryland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a one-year Entrust Identity Enterprise Platinum Support Service. The required support package should cover the Entrust IdentityGuard infrastructure bundle, which includes an IDG server, an IDG backup server, a self-service module, and a backup self-service module.
In addition to infrastructure support, the vendor must provide user licenses for various components. These include Identity Enterprise workforce user CALs, Identity mobile soft token CALs, Entrust IdentityGuard soft token user licenses, and Identity Enterprise mobile TVS CALs. The support service should ensure comprehensive coverage for both server infrastructure and end-user authentication needs over the contract period.
Interested vendors should ensure their proposals meet all technical and licensing requirements. The contract will last for one year.
