Entertainment Promotion and Production Services

A North Carolina university is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive entertainment promotion, production, and venue management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for securing talent, managing all facets of entertainment production, creating and executing promotional and marketing materials, overseeing financial administration, and performing post-event reconciliation in close coordination with university staff.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on identifying marketing channels, planning timelines, audience targeting strategies, and demonstrating previous successes through examples of prior promotional efforts. The scope also covers producing and managing all aspects of live events, such as show production, staging, sound, lighting, compliance with technical riders, venue contracting, and coordinating security services in line with university and local guidelines.

Vendors are expected to address their approach and process in detail, including a showcase of dynamic work such as video reels, mixed media, and printed materials. All questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by January 27, 2026.
