A Connecticut educational institution is seeking a vendor to provide interactive entertainment and amusement services for its students and the broader campus community. The scope of work includes delivering a diverse range of engaging programs designed to involve students, parents, alumni, and friends of the institution.
The services may feature interactive experiences such as photo novelties (including photo tiles, custom cereal boxes, and photo snow globes), artistic novelties like caricature drawings, henna tattoos, airbrush artistry, balloon art, and face painting. Additionally, do-it-yourself and craft activities such as tie-dye shirts, spin art, and plush toy creation (stuff-a-pal) are anticipated. Entertainment programs should focus on participation, with options that may or may not allow students to take home a finished product or promotional item.
Vendors interested in this opportunity should ensure that all questions are submitted by February 13, 2026. The selected provider will be awarded a contract for a five-year period.
