SUMMARY

DHS seeks market information for a secure, integrated wellness mobile application to support Law Enforcement Officers and potentially all DHS employees.

DESCRIPTION

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Health Security (OHS) is conducting market research to inform the acquisition strategy and technical requirements for the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of a mobile application designed to support DHS Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs). The application aims to promote holistic wellness, reduce injury risk, enhance mental well-being and resilience, and optimize performance to strengthen mission readiness. If initial implementation is successful, the application may be expanded to other DHS federal employees.

The desired platform must provide accessible, secure, and user-friendly resources, as well as customized programming and support services to advance health, resilience, and performance across DHS Components. Current initiatives lack centralized access and consistent data analytics capabilities. The DHS seeks an integrated and secure mobile platform to unify wellness resources and support mission readiness for LEOs operating in high-risk, complex environments. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended solely for market research and planning purposes, and responses may inform future requirements but do not constitute a solicitation.
