Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise subscription to the Eleven Labs Tier A solution. The subscription period will be for one year, commencing February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027.
The selected vendor will be required to deliver access to a suite of Eleven Labs services, including Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Instant Voice Cloning, Professional Voice Cloning, Voice Library, Voice Design, Agents, and both web application and API functionalities. These services aim to support MHBE’s needs for advanced voice and speech technology solutions throughout the contract period.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 8, 2026, for interested vendors to seek clarification regarding the scope of work and requirements.
