DESCRIPTION

This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing enterprise strategic sourcing services. The objective is to assess the feasibility of establishing long-term, direct-to-manufacturer contracts with industry partners that offer a comprehensive portfolio of parts across various platforms.

The selected vendor will identify and build relationships with strategic partners who are essential to the supply chain for multiple platforms. Additionally, the approach aims to transition from transactional, single-purchase contracts to holistic, portfolio-based agreements, thereby reducing the administrative load caused by numerous small contracts and enabling more substantial, efficient long-term enterprise agreements.
