DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Washington, DC is seeking vendors to provide enterprise risk management (ERM) program services. The engagement will strengthen and enhance the agency's ERM program, enabling more effective management of its diverse portfolio of risks to support achievement of strategic goals.

The scope of work includes comprehensive program management support, execution, and administration of the ERM program. Vendors are expected to deliver expertise in ERM program execution, provide support in risk awareness and monitoring, implement risk management tools and templates, and develop risk dashboards. Key elements also involve conducting risk assessments, ensuring ERM governance and maturity, and contributing to maturity assessments and implementation plans.
