DESCRIPTION

This RFI seeks information on the provision of a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that delivers an integrated suite of applications. The desired solution should be offered as Software–as–a–Service (SaaS) or Platform–as–a–Service (PaaS) to ensure high availability, scalability, and convenient access for authorized users. The platform must facilitate seamless updates with minimal reliance on on-premises infrastructure.

Key modules required include Finance (budgeting, accounting, forecasting, financial reporting, grants administration, and inventory management), Human Resources (personnel management, payroll, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, employee records, and talent development), and Procurement and Contract Management (including sourcing, purchasing, invoice processing, solicitation and contract lifecycle management, approval workflows, monitoring, compliance tracking, vendor performance management, and calendaring systems).

Additionally, the system must offer comprehensive Project Management functionality for both operational and capital projects, covering project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, milestone tracking, performance monitoring, and maintaining associated project records such as contracts, approvals, invoices, and real estate agreements.
