DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution and related services encompassing Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and Payroll functions. The scope includes ERP system licensing or subscription, solution configuration, integration capabilities, data migration and conversion strategies, support for testing, training services, comprehensive reporting tools, robust security features, and ongoing support as required by the solution.

The financial modules must cover General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (non-patient), Budgeting and Forecasting, Grants and Fund Accounting, Asset Management, Project and Capital Accounting, and Treasury and Cash Management. Supply chain modules should include Procurement and Contract Management, Inventory and Materials Management, Item and Vendor Master, Receiving and Distribution, and integration with relevant third-party or clinical systems. Human Resources and Payroll should feature Core HR, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition and Management, Compensation Management, Payroll, Self-Service portals for employees and managers, as well as Learning Management tools.

Reporting and analytics requirements comprise standard and ad hoc reporting, dashboards with key performance indicators, data warehouse and analytics functionality, and compliance reporting. The solution should be delivered via a cloud-based SaaS model, support APIs and interoperability, provide a robust integration framework, offer role-based security and data privacy controls, and include disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency.
