DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to provide an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system through a comprehensive review, analysis, and assessment project. The scope of work includes ensuring integration and scalability to support existing enterprise, financial, human resources, and other related systems.
The ERP environment includes Power Series AIX servers, an Oracle database, and Linux virtual application servers, with ancillary tools such as Argos, Automic, and AppWorks. The system must interface with Ellucian products for employee self-service, faculty and advisor self-service, finance (and self-service), financial aid (and self-service), human resources, student information, degree works, and transfer equivalency. The initial contract period is set for one year.
