A municipality in Texas is seeking an experienced vendor to provide advisory services and oversee the procurement of a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The selected vendor will assist with the evaluation, selection, and acquisition of an ERP platform tailored to support a wide range of municipal operations.
The engagement requires a partner with significant municipal expertise to lead a structured and transparent process. Responsibilities include aligning system selection with best practices in public sector financial management, human resources, payroll processing, procurement, utility billing, GIS integration, and overall enterprise operations. The ERP solution must accommodate complex payroll environments, supporting 24/7 operations and multiple shift structures typical of Police and Fire departments.
