An organization in Virginia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) software environment implementation services. The selected vendor will supply the ERP software as well as all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials required for a complete system implementation.
The solution should address a wide range of functional areas, including general ledger and financial reporting, budgeting (both operating and capital), purchasing, bids and contract management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash receipts, project accounting and grant management, treasury management, fixed assets and inventory, application tracking, compensation, human resources, learning and performance management, benefits administration, time and attendance, and payroll.
Vendors are encouraged to participate in a pre-bid meeting to better understand project requirements. Deadlines for submitting questions and proposals are specified in the project timeline.
