An organization in North Carolina is seeking qualified consulting services to support a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) software initiative. The consultant will collaborate with staff, leadership, and stakeholders across all relevant departments to thoroughly assess the current ERP environment and formulate recommendations that align with best practices, public sector requirements, and the agency’s long-term strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive review of existing ERP systems and business processes, facilitating stakeholder engagement to define system requirements and priorities, and assisting in the development of RFP content for ERP software and implementation services. The consultant will also support the organization in evaluating and selecting an ERP vendor and integrator, aid with contract negotiations, and develop an implementation roadmap and action plan. There is also an option to provide client-side project management support throughout the ERP implementation.
