The province of Alberta is seeking a qualified provider for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution and associated system implementation services. The chosen partner will deliver a comprehensive ERP platform accessible from any internet-connected device without the need for VPN access. The solution must also support robust data management capabilities, including a comprehensive inventory of data elements, defined data standards, and detailed data import processes.
Vendors are required to disclose any AI engines or tools included in their solution and outline the standards in place to ensure ethical use of AI. The system should have strong integration capabilities, supporting connectivity with other applications via APIs, SOAP and REST services, web services, software developer kits, import/export utilities, and Power BI. In addition, the provider must offer standardized solution help, support documentation, and mechanisms for managing system configurations across environments.
Document, records, and information management features are required, including the ability to define and apply retention schedules and labels within the system. All vendor questions must be submitted by March 6, 2026.
