An integrated system is required to replace various current tools and improve visibility into invoices, receivables, and aging data. The ERP must offer the ability to accept and manage online payments beyond traditional cash and check methods, support scheduled billing, notify when escrow limits are exceeded, and handle complex payment calculations, including CPI adjustments and tax rules. Seamless data integration capabilities, especially for importing and exporting data with platforms like Microsoft Excel, are essential for improved information flow.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 4, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 18, 2026.
