DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solution and associated implementation services. The objective is to replace the agency’s existing financial system with a modern, scalable core business application tailored to finance and broader organizational functions. The new system is required to enhance functionality, guarantee business continuity, and address the agency’s operational needs.

The ERP Replacement Project covers the complete transition to a new solution, encompassing various modules, including Finance, Tangible Capital Assets, Human Resources, Project and Job Costing, Inventory, Utility Billing (with an integrated customer service portal), Owner/Renter/Leaseholder Data, Land Management and Building Permitting, Property Taxation (with an integrated customer service portal), and Budget and Financial Reporting. The selected vendor will be responsible for both the provision of the software and its full implementation to support these organizational areas.
