DESCRIPTION

A California-based organization is seeking proposals for a fully integrated, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. The required system must incorporate modules including General Ledger, Human Resources, Budget, Payroll, Position Control, Benefit Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Employee Self-Service.

The ERP must facilitate comprehensive integration between financial and personnel systems, streamline workflows, and allow for efficient execution of applications such as payroll and vendor warrants. Key objectives include the elimination of standalone and paper-intensive processes, reduction of redundant data entry, and support for budgeting across multiple years and funding sources.

Additional requirements include modern processing features such as drilldown capabilities, audit trails, workflow approvals, and flexible data entry options (both online and batch uploads). Vendors must also provide full-service migration, including a detailed data mapping and migration plan to transfer all critical data from the existing QSS/QCC system. All submitted questions regarding this RFP are due by April 17, 2026.
