The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) replacement solution. The selected provider will be responsible for creating a detailed action plan to implement the ERP system, including prioritizing system requirements, proposing implementation timelines, specifying required staffing resources, and allocating time for each phase.
The chosen vendor will implement the selected ERP software and support the City in identifying and addressing necessary process changes to ensure a successful rollout. This includes overseeing and monitoring user training and vendor compliance with contractual obligations. Additionally, the vendor will coordinate software demonstrations, developing demonstration scripts in collaboration with City staff to showcase system functionality and support the decision-making process.
