DESCRIPTION

A consultant is sought to provide services supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) readiness and procurement for a system replacement. The consultant will lead ERP visioning and strategic planning, facilitate requirements development, and prepare a comprehensive ERP Strategic Plan deck suitable for executive communication and alignment.

Responsibilities include conducting gap analysis, maturity assessment, and data migration readiness by defining profiling approaches, extraction options, and reconciliation strategies. The consultant will also improve system integration, reporting capabilities, and workflow consistency across departments. Additional deliverables comprise the creation of vendor response matrices, compliance checklists, and a demo script tailored to the City’s priority processes.

The scope further requires training evaluators, preparing scoring templates, and facilitating consensus meetings. Optional advisory services during ERP implementation may include project governance coaching, risk management, release/change management support, quality gates, data migration oversight, testing strategy, coaching, and hypercare planning.
