Phase One Go-Live: Within an estimated 18–24-month timeframe from project initiation, with a preferred go-live on the first day of a calendar year.

The organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end-to-end implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system using Oracle Fusion Cloud Service. The ideal implementation partner or systems integrator will manage functional configuration, business process alignment, change management, and technical integration with existing enterprise systems.

The selected Oracle Cloud platform will support core administrative functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll. The project aims to modernize and automate financial, HR, and payroll processes by adopting leading practices and eliminating outdated, manual tasks. Oracle Fusion Cloud will also enhance integration with other systems, including Student Information Systems, Coupa, UKG, and various clinical and research applications, to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

Key objectives include improved data accuracy and real-time analytics through intuitive reporting dashboards, modern self-service portals and mobile access for users, as well as scalability to accommodate institutional growth. Additionally, the project involves assessing the platform's AI and automation features to evaluate and leverage opportunities for efficiency and enhanced decision-making across Finance, HR, and Payroll processes. The initial contract period is one year.
