Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution along with managed support services for a five-year contract. The ERP solution should comprehensively address a range of business processes, including acquire to dispose, hire to retire, invoice to cash, planning and budgeting, procure to pay, record to report, property tax, and time to pay functions.
The selected solution must include core HR capabilities that manage the entire employee lifecycle, leveraging modern best practices. A strong emphasis is placed on providing end-to-end employee life cycle services, integrated workforce management, and enabling full employee and manager self-service. System-based business rules and self-service tools for time capture, scheduling, and leave management are expected to improve payroll accuracy and auditability.
Additionally, the implementation should support learning and development initiatives to ensure a timely migration from the current platform ahead of its end-of-life. The contract includes an opportunity for vendors to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting in November 2025, with all clarifying questions due by November 26, 2025.
