An organization is seeking vendors to provide managed support and maintenance services for its Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. The scope includes operational support and maintenance to ensure continuity, stability, and reliable performance across essential Oracle applications, including enterprise resource planning, human capital management, and related modules.
Areas of responsibility include configuration, system customization, system administration, regular maintenance, and timely incident resolution. Vendors are expected to manage upgrades, troubleshoot system and performance issues, handle third-party integrations, maintain data integrity, and offer AI implementation and model tuning support as needed. The selected vendor will also provide incident management and help desk services to address all issues with the Oracle Fusion platform—including those involving Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments—in an effective and timely manner.
Continuous 24/7 support for critical incidents and system outages outside of core business hours is required to ensure uninterrupted system availability.
