DESCRIPTION

The City of Wisconsin is seeking vendors to provide enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting services aimed at improving financial and HRIS activities. The project will entail a comprehensive analysis of existing interactions between departments and the current finance and HRIS software systems.

Consultants will also inventory and analyze departmental processes and systems to identify areas that may benefit from upgrades or integration. Recommendations should evaluate both new ERP solutions and the enhanced use of current technologies and workflows.

The analysis must include a review of the ERP marketplace, identify major factors influencing software selection, address gaps between current performance and desired outcomes, and prioritize organizational needs and goals.
