A Minnesota county is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting services. The engagement includes conducting an organizational assessment of current ERP needs, as well as guiding the county through the ERP solicitation process.
The scope encompasses a comprehensive evaluation of both Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial management systems. Key HCM modules include learning and training management, payroll, employee records and personnel actions, employee performance management, and recruiting solutions such as onboarding and applicant tracking. Financial management modules to be assessed include service billing, cash management, grant management and accounting, and bank reconciliation.
The selected consultant will be responsible for identifying the county’s ERP requirements, analyzing potential software solutions, and presenting a recommended approach tailored to the county’s future needs. Interested vendors must submit any questions regarding this engagement by January 12, 2026.
