A Texas-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) and student information system for a one-year contract. The proposed solution must feature a comprehensive payroll system, supporting functions such as generating payoff checks that consolidate all remaining and accrued pay into a single check while taxing them as multiple paychecks, as well as handling various payroll cycles including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules.
The system should allow salary accruals on an individual basis for contract, salary, and hourly employees, track all non-taxable benefits, and correctly process multiple direct deposits per payroll run. It must support mixing checks and direct deposits in a single payroll, provide detailed check stubs summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and offer space for special messages. The payroll system is expected to automatically calculate all required payroll taxes at federal, state, and local levels, enable taxation of supplements and adjustments as regular pay, and directly feed payroll data to the finance module. Manual overrides for check printing should also be supported.
Interested vendors should note the deadline for submitting questions is February 10, 2026. The awarded contract will have a duration of one year.
