DESCRIPTION
The organization seeks a vendor to deliver a modern, secure, cost-effective, and scalable enterprise printing solution. The primary objectives are to improve printing efficiency, reduce operational costs, enhance security, and streamline management across all facilities.
Vendors are required to supply reliable multifunction print (MFP) devices, including high volume production, mid-production, and high-speed office MFPs, along with all add-on options. The solution must improve print management, tracking, and reporting capabilities, while also enhancing document security and user authentication features such as badge, PIN, and SSO. Secure print release, data encryption (at rest and in transit), device hardening, and firmware security are essential.
Support and maintenance services must include both onsite and remote support, defined SLAs for repair and replacement, and a preventive maintenance schedule. Implementation services should cover a comprehensive deployment plan, network integration, and configuration of print queues and policies. The contract term will be three years, with a deadline for submitting questions by April 22, 2026.
