DESCRIPTION
This RFI seeks a vendor to provide integration, engineering, sustainment, and operational support for an enterprise Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform deployed across global, secure government or controlled environments. The project entails integrating various physical security subsystems, such as enterprise video management systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, GIS-based facility mapping, 3-D modeling environments, and advanced video analytics (including facial and license plate recognition).
The PSIM system is required to function within segmented network environments, supporting mission-critical operations with a high-availability system architecture and controlled software release management processes. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to unify multiple security technologies within a single operational platform and ensure continuous operational support for these mission-focused deployments.
Preference will be given to vendors with robust experience in large-scale PSIM implementations within secure or regulated environments and a track record of providing sustained operational support for high-impact, mission-critical security systems.
