DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance and support services for its current enterprise phone system, with the goal of maintaining operational continuity while developing a 3–5–year roadmap for telephony modernization. Vendors must demonstrate exceptional client service, attentiveness, and dedication, along with offering competitive pricing and the delivery of high-quality services.

Base requirements include providing pricing for the continued operation of the current Communications Manager platform, subscription licensing, maintenance and support, as well as support for existing analog gateways that serve life safety devices, elevator phones, and emergency phones. Vendors must also support existing VoIP endpoints (including J-Series and other handsets), voicemail services (Avaya IX Messaging), and call center functionality for approximately 100 agent seats. Ensuring E911 compliance and support is mandatory. The contract period is one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 3, 2026.
