DESCRIPTION


The client is seeking a vendor to provide enhancements to its enterprise permitting and licensing system along with ongoing technical support services. Enhancement projects include migrating existing Tyler EPL Crystal Reports to SSRS, assisting with the design and implementation of project fields, and developing and deploying new custom forms, workflows, intelligent objects, and reports.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for providing on-call technical support for issue resolution, ongoing report development, and creating new user guides with updates. The contract period is set for one year, and all clarification questions must be submitted by May 13, 2026.
