DESCRIPTION

An organization in New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide an enterprise IT ticketing, asset management, and cost tracking system. The desired solution must facilitate role-based access for district staff, school staff, administrators, and authorized external users, with features such as automated ticket routing, notifications, escalations, and approval workflows. Both email and web-based ticket submission methods are required.

For asset management, the system should track the asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal, maintain information on warranties, vendors, contracts, and renewal dates, and allow assets to be associated with users, locations, schools, and tickets. In terms of cost tracking, the system must capture costs connected to assets, maintenance, and support, have reporting capabilities for budgeting, audits, and funding accountability, and support cost allocation by department, school, funding source, or project.

The solution must integrate with Microsoft Azure Active Directory for single sign-on (SSO) and support modern authentication standards such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect. The contract term will be for one year.
