The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Executive Office (PEO) Mobility, is conducting market research to identify commercial capabilities for the development, prototyping, installation, and sustainment of Hybrid SATCOM and related connectivity solutions for Mobility Air Forces (MAF). The goal is to find sources capable of developing, validating, and delivering compliant Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for commercially available or derivative systems and components that support USAF MAF connectivity requirements.
This RFI seeks industry input regarding the availability and completeness of technical data needed to generate compliant TDPs; proposed technical and data validation methods; recommended strategies for data rights; and capabilities to support future integration, modifications, cybersecurity updates, and ongoing sustainment across the MAF enterprise. Additionally, WL anticipates scaling and fielding common connectivity solutions across multiple platforms and requires input on training solutions adaptable to evolving capabilities, diverse user roles, and geographically dispersed operations.
Responses will inform enterprise-wide acquisition strategies, integration methods, and future modernization efforts. Industry participants are encouraged to provide insight into technical approaches, data availability, data rights, training, and the ability to deliver and sustain TDPs. An industry day event will be scheduled to discuss the RFI content further.
