The Air Force Reserve Command is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to support market research for a potential Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) covering general construction projects throughout the continental United States. This initiative aims to identify qualified firms with the capability to execute a wide range of construction activities in support of Air Force facilities and infrastructure.
The anticipated scope of work involves new construction, renovation, alteration, demolition, and repair of real property and supporting systems. Services may include interior and exterior facility repairs, carpentry, drywall, flooring, finishing, roofing repair and replacement, HVAC and mechanical system upgrades, electrical and plumbing maintenance, painting and coatings, paving and repair of roads and parking areas, markings and striping, and airfield maintenance tasks such as runway and taxiway rubber removal.
Responses to this RFI will assist in the planning and future procurement of the MATOC, but do not constitute contracts, proposals, or offers. The information gathered is solely for planning purposes and does not obligate the government to any future action.
